When was the commercial version of this game released?

When was the commercial version of this game released?

I was wondering when the Commercial version of this game was released to stores like EB and Babbages? And does anyone know if it will make it's way to the store shelves or stay strickly mail order? Nobody at the local stores have it in stock or know if they ever will. I'd like to pick up a copy but hate trying to mail order anything this time of year...

I was at EB about two days ago and they had a copy on the shelves.

I got mine at Software Etc last Friday. Last I heard S/W Etc and Babbages were owned by the same company so I'd think Babbs would be getting it or have it by now.

Well I guess I started looking 1 day too soon. Started calling around again yesterday and they all had copies of the game. Now I am up and running with Starships Unlimited. It's not as complex as a few others I have seen but it is definaly interesting and fun so far....
