Norrway and Denmark

Just getting into this. What is the best way and time for the Germans to take Norway and Denmark? [:D]

Also about Norway....have mulberry harbors been fixed? I know a while back there was an issue. Also are they supposed to be able to let transports offload troops? I bought a couple but they were worthless to what I was trying to do-maybe I was using them wrong?

Also as I recall there was virtually no place to do an amphib landing in Norway which seems a bit artificial. I agree there may not be a place as nice as Utah beach but has to places where its physically possible to get ashore.
