How to redownload game

I already bought this game sometime ago, changed computer but all I can see
are the patch downloads, which do not recognize my serial number anyway.

you need to login to your user account in support

OK got it, but the serial number Matrix have given me, is invalid.

either you have taken over another space, so try to manually type it in, or contact support and give them your user name and email address from when you bought the game and serial number than they will advice you more, the more info you can give them, the quicker there response will be
