buying CD after download

I am the proud owner of BiI by direct download. I want now to get the game on CD also. Can I do this & how much would it cost. I apologize if this has been covered. I can't seem to find the FAQ section. Thanks,

You can burn the file to a CD.

I have done so together with the patches

And keep the CD in a CD case and labeled

Good thought but I don't have a CD/ DVD burner. I should have chosen the download plus the CD version when I bought the thing but knowing that I am too cheap to have a burner you could also guess I was too cheap to get both at the time[:D].
