Setting cruise speed

There's a screenshot in the doc (p.24) with a "cruise speed" button next to the speed slider, but I don't find it in the game?!

what version CaW you have? I play 1.02.2 and after click on TG I have this button on right place...

Ah, I see now: the button doesn't appear in the tutorials, but it does in the scenarios, so everything's OK. Thanks!
