Trying to learn the relative rankings of the different logistics and command staff ratings for containers. Uncovered two oddities.

1. The manual shows a different rating scale for logistics and command.

Logistics=(Terrible, Bad, Poor, Fair, Good, Great, Excellent, Superb)
Command=(Terrible, Bad, Poor, Fair, Good, Excellent, Superb)

2. My game has containers with ratings of Normal for both logistics and command.

That would be an error in the manual. Believe your eyes, not the manual.

Rating — Ratings use a scale from 0-8 with each level named: Terrible, Bad, Poor, Normal, Fair, Good, Great, Excellent, and Superb. Units that have a Normal rating have no particular bonus or penalty because of that rating.
