Freezes at startup

Freezes at startup

My game freezes at the intro screen and I can't get out of it.
I have a Radeon 9000 video card and all my drivers I believe are up to date

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Can you please forward the log file (located under the Log subdirectory where you installed the game) along with a DxDiag file (instructions stickied at the top of this forum) to support@matrixgames.com?

That should give us a good idea of what is happening...
