Probable bug after Vichy

Hello,

Before Vichy, Tunis is occupied by Italian units, then controlled by France again, and then a TRS with a CW Garr docks there.
Then Vichy event happens and this country comes under Vichy control. However, the CW TRS stay.

How can this happen? Is this a bug?

After that, we have been experiencing some other "poltergeists" probably related, like Vichy becoming hostile for no reason that we can see according to the rules (7.12.7 , 17.2 RAC ), and after being at war with Vichy CW land units not being able to move along or outside of a Vichy Tunis, or Vichy ships not joining searches at sea even though they found enemy ships.

Can this be a consequence of the previous bug?
