Fleet Repairs

I have one fleet in Aqaba and one fleet in Zaafarana. Both need repair. They are prioritized with the green + and both ports are level 1 and have not been interdicted meaning they can each supply one fleet. I have plenty of production points available as the UK. I haven't found anything in the rules that explains why they have been sitting there for three turns and are not being repaired. Any Ideas?

edit - I just noticed that all of my NA ports except Alexandria and Zaafarana no longer say "Port Supply xx of xx". Port Said has said "Port Supply: 30 of 100" the whole game. Without adding any more units to NA, all but Alexandria and Zaafarana now say "Main Supply" with no specific amounts listed. Alexandria says "Port Supply: 0 of 180" and Zaafarana says "Port Supply: 0 of 20". None of these ports are being interdicted. Why the change and does this effect fleet repair?

Only port size 5 and higher can repair ships.

Post a screen shot of Egypt because this areas are incapable of main supply.

After loading the latest turn in PBEM, now ALL North African ports are listed as "Main Supply". From Tripoli in Syria, Haifa, Port Said, Alexandria, Aqaba and Zaafarana (in screenshot.) My other Med ports, Cyprus, Rhodes, Iraklion, Malta and Gibraltar say "Port Supply". I'm playing 1.00.06.

Is this the standard scenario or a mod? If it is a mod I can't help you there because if someone modified the resources I can't possibly guess at what they did.

If it is the standard then I can.

Tell me which countries were are conquered in the area. Turkey, Syria, etc.

It is the standard 1939 scenario. As the Allies, I have Vichy Syria and Greece on my side as they have been invaded but not conquered by the Axis. The Allies have taken Rhodes from the Italians, occupied Crete and have complete control of Egypt. The Axis controls all of Libya. No other minor countries have come in to play yet.

I have a similar problem.

The Axis AI is pursuing a Mediterranean strategy and has declared war on Vichy France and Spain. Ever since Vichy Syria became Allied the ports circled in this picture have main supply.

UK 8th Army around Tobruk is on basic supply but should be have full (port) supply as far as I can tell.

This is a mod I am working on and I am currently in the process of playtesting it but I have not altered anything in terms of the map. The map is the default 1939 campaign map.

If I remember correctly, Damascus used to a supply source for the Allies a while ago when activated on the Allies side (because normaly all minors are supply sources for their major power such as Finland for Germany or even Greece for the UK). So all hexes linked to Damascus will be main supply.

However, I was kind of sure it was solved a while ago in a patch... (but only for Vichy Syria, the other minors stay the same)

I see it is exactly 10 hexes from the last rail head.
I recommend removing that last rail head.
I will test it.
