MTH Demands / Requests

Hello,

some observations after playing with the MTH for about 30 turn in a MP PBEM game...The MTH one of which surrounds me with 4 zones each turn makes multiple requests of my zones - namely looking to purchase IP or population....

If I say yes to all requests Ill get massive Commerce profile and have no IP and gradually loose a lot of pop - because it can pop up for multiple turns for each zone....

If I say no I get massive enforcement profile and bad relations with the MTH....

it seems very imbalanced. It says the MTH is reqesting from the zone but for IP it is asking for way more than what the zone has in stock or produces and comes from the SHQ...is this working as intended??? it would not be so bad if it was asking for a single zones IP stores or production by the target say over 50% of the SHQ IP.....and ideally not the same MTH asking for multiple zones / making multiple request in the same turn....

just seems this needs a little balancing is it working as intended???? should they keep making repeated requests even after you say no???

Be good to have more options as well, simply increasing commerce or enforcement profiles seems to unbalance the profiles to a degree....

It is intended to stop completely after saying no six times to the same MTH.

Im guessing you have to say no 6 times in a row before they stop asking???

Ive been switching back and forth as I couldn't say No to many times as it unbalanced my profile....

I think the main issue is when the same MTH makes multiple request each turn, as they have say 4+ zones with boundary's and hence you can get multiple requests in one turn....I regulary get 2 and some turns up to the full 4....

Perhaps an easy balance is to just limit each MTH to one request each turn???
