[Solved] [v1.12w] Undocumented increase in energy storage points

In the last few beta patches, base energy storage of zones has been increased considerably from the old (Zone Populace * 0.5) formula. A zone with 111 900 populace would've had 560 energy storage. Now it provides 2861, much closer to the limit that other resources with limited stock have.




Is this intentional? Just making sure since I don't see it in the changelist. (And because I liked the old limit!)

Edit: Was changed back (or at least close to it) before or during Oceania release.
