USER.xls abreviations

The new Cold War turned hot wargame from On Target Simulations, now expanded with the Player's Edition! Choose the NATO or Soviet forces in one of many scenarios or two linked campaigns. No effort was spared to model modern warfare realistically, including armor, infantry, helicopters, air support, artillery, electronic warfare, chemical and nuclear weapons. An innovative new asynchronous turn order means that OODA loops and various effects on C3 are accurately modeled as never before.

Stab - Stability: The ability of a platform to shoot while on the move at static or moving targets with its weapon system. 0-10 based. 0 = no stabilization. 10 = perfect stabilization on the move versus a moving target.

FC/RF - Fire Control/Range Finder: This reflects the platform's ability to range a target with optical or laser means and the fire control level via computer or manual inputs to lay a weapon system on target. This is 0 to 10. 0 = No systems. 10 = laser ranging with an advanced fire control computer to calculate the right lead for a shot.

Int Capacity is Internal Capacity: This is the number of units that can be carried (positive value) or required if carried (negative value).

Ext Capacity is External Capacity: This is the number of units that can be towed outside of the vehicle (positive value) or required if towed (negative value).

I hope that helps.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
