crash adress 0x45F971

Hi,
I recently purchased close combat: panther in the fog
I started playing the campaign: corking the bootle
The campaign starts nicely for the first rounds. But when I get to the night part at 00.00 and I start playing the first map, the game crash with the message:
: Close combat encountered an internal error ar adress 0x45F971

I noticed some soldiers are not visible any more on the map(there is still the sign indicative of the squad type but the soldiers are not displayed). I guess this is the source of the bug. The same bug happened when I also played the campaign "a perfect storm" at the same game time. So I cannot play any campaign beyond that.

Can something be done to prevent/ avoid the crash (I play on windows 7).

Please make sure you have the latest update to the game, 1.01 which is available here: http://www.matrixgames.com/products/433/downloads/

Does this happen every time you try to play the same battle with the saved game file? If so this is something I can take a look at and see if I can locate the source of the problem. Saved game files are in the Panthers in the Fog folder under your 'My Documents' folder, and can be ZIPPED and attached for a Private Message here, if so.
