"End of Turn Activation Failure" Check Box at the Setup Screen doesn't work

When starting a new game the option of checking the "End of Turn Activation Failure" box doesn't affect the game.

Regardless of if the box is checked or not, when a DIV fails an activation check, all of that DIV's units go back to where they were at the start of the turn. As I read the manual, I should be able to uncheck the box and be notified of an activation check failure at the beginning of the turn and my units receive no movement points. Regardless of whether the box is checked or no at startup, I only find out at the end of the turn and all my units go back to their original positions.

I have tried both check/uncheck option at various different ranks above and below LTC and it makes no difference. I can only find out if they failed an activation check at the end of the turn.

i would have to let the developer answer this, as your the first one to mention it, and it seems to be working for everyone else so far and me, for a reason why it doesn't for you, in anyone guess?

what version are you running?

Running version 1.06...

I've checked for updates and am told "You already have the most recent version"
