Update to Rev 2:
Change Kh-101 strikes to anti-runway
Limited munitions quantities to 200 per type, per airbase
ASW magazines filled up
Added scoring system
Added FEBA reference points
Set scenario to 24 hours length
Added notional Hqs on map for each side, does not affect gameplay
edited description and briefing

Remove Backfire bombers - not sure Russia has the missiles for them, Su-34 are doing the job for them anyway

First draft of March 2026 scenario, where Russia is preparing to conquer Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The scenario focuses on the preceding air and sea battle, in accordance with the strengths of the CMO simulation.

Countries defending the Baltics is restricted to NATO countries that attended the emergency summit at Lancaster House on 2 March 2025.


Remaining work:

1. Description and briefing

2. Munitions inventories for both sides, currently it is unlimited.

I would welcome feedback on:

1. The realism of the orders of battle of both sides, including their deployment.

2. Russia's mission assignments.

3. Whatever would make the scenario better!
