[WAD] Very few flightplans have fuel calculations beyond the first waypoint

As explained bellow, this is due to tanking being allowed.

Attached is a scenario where i am planning multiple operations. Almost all of them dont show fuel calculations past the first waypoint or so.

If you restrict the use of tankers at waypoints you will see the fuel available. Right now they could conceivably refuel via tanker at any point.
