[NO REPRO] CL Error and blank screen with red X while playing

Hi I recently started playing CMO and absolutely love it, with one issue.

I'm playing on a new Win11 laptop, and the game will regularly freeze after a variable period of time, usually 20min-1 or 2 hours and give me the CL error in the screenshot along with the main window going white with a red x visible. The scenario seems to still be running in the background, and I can even save the game, but I have to exit and re-load command from steam to get it working again. This has been going on since I started running CMO on this new laptop, I have just sent the most recent issue. Hoping you can help with this, I have tried getting new drivers, etc. and to my knowledge they are up to date via win update, etc. Logs, exception files, and a save are attached. I think it's overlay. Try to close everything in tray,
Riva tuner/MSI afterburner, your laptop's brand name software

Thanks for the advice. Still seems to be happening even when I close out background apps. It still lets me save after crashing so it's manageable, just annoying, but hopefully it will get corrected in some future update.

It is reporting a DirectX error, so something seems to be happening between Command and the OS.

I would also re-run the prerequisites of DX and .net. Just to make sure. Wouldn't hurt to throw the specs up on the laptop.

Thanks for the help. Here are the specs, let me know if there's something else useful. Not computer savvy so I'm don't know how to re-run the prerequisites of DX and .net... per below i have DX 12 installed. I will try the new windows 11 update and hopefully that helps.

I am actully facing the same issue.
The game seems to work just fine after confirming the pop-up.
I am still wondering, what might cause the issue?
I am playing the V1.05 Build 13.07.9

I would update to 1307.14 first off. I would also make sure .net and dx9 prerequisites are run. Not running those is usually the cause of DirectX errors.
