A Week in Mekong Turn 64 Supplies Mission?

Not sure about this order. Where are the Supply trucks as there were no arrivals this turn or am I missing something? And would I use A/3rd/60th with Engineers from Tan Hiep AF?

These supplies will arrive as reinforcements, or should arrive as reinforcements.

They will arrive north of Tan Am.
