Where is the Unit Points Table (appendices not found)?

The manual, p. 39, states "This difference is calculated using a points system for each unit (see the Unit Points
Table in the appendices)."
I'm trying to figure out what my score number means. The manual refers to this table in the appendices, but as far as I can see, there are no appendices in the manual. Is there another appendices file somewhere?
