Can't purchase a game

Nope never received an explanation, It's a bit like Russian roulette the same bank card I have used many times completes the purchase no problems then when I buy later the purchase fails if anyone has an answer please enlighten me because I'm baffled. :roll:

Same problem here, getting error The request cannot be fulfilled for the current shopper, after entering my pay information. Three different cards, two computers, multiple browsers, all browser security turned off.
