Operation: Harsh Doorstop isn't on sale but is totally a free game but still in development. Developers have made high promises about AAA quality first-person shooter, totally free of charge, without paid DLC nor microtransactions with full support for mods. What they have delivered this far is a single player game with a handful of maps and AI to go with. Historical locations (don't know about accuracy), historical weapons, and bots (AI players) moving in groups while covering different directions. ARMA 3 it is not (yet), but I'm cautiously optimistic.

I'm very surprised this thread hasn't been updated with all the fantastic sales currently running on Steam. I made a thread a few days asking for advice in picking a game, but after purchasing one of them, I ended up getting the other two titles as well all for dirt cheap.

The difference in prices between the Steam and Matrix are sometimes $30, and sometimes even more! Unless you're one of those folks who thinks Gabe will eat your first born if you use Steam then I recommend you get on over there to see if there are any titles you've been wanting for a while and hoping for a price drop.

Capcom Arcade Stadium is available for free and DLC with up to 50% cut. As I understand it, Capcom Arcade Stadium is an emulator for Capcom's arcade games and DLC are the games themselves. Gonna buy the 3 packs with 50% price cut. For some reason I've got an itch for 1942 and there's the arcade version on the offer to scratch it!

update: decided to buy from the slitherine winter sale. (steam discount was 15%) i also received a steam key so it's an easy step to add the game to your steam library. very cool and thx guys.. next major steam (winter) sale is in december.
