I agree with no restriction. Each player has a better choice. If someone want to play very hard with percentages, why not. Make the tool as an available option for each difficulty.

When in a "Conflict of Heroes" multiplayer game, to chat to lobby is possible. Same thing for "Lock'n Load Heroes of Stalingrad". Two interactive games.
I think many new players will be interested by "Tigers on the Hunt" if Multiplayer was available.
