Once my RL sorted atm i am at period of switching jobs + some very intence project + health probs + my martial arts attestations + other things in RL. I will resume development once i have less of this.

Alliances are not set in stone. You will just have very high bias with alliance members but even some infighting possible if there are too much disagreements.

Nope. thats an issue. I really want to see there some serious finished research mod done, so i could integrate it. I will be gladly accept modder into the team to work on research tree separately, while i will be finishing what i've started.
