Combat Mission Cold War. Can't join to recent tournament

Combat Mission Cold War. Can't join to recent tournament

Hello.
I'm trying to join to the Grand Tournament in the game Combat Mission: Cold War. After entering username/password I can see 3 current tournaments: Beta Tournament, Holiday Tourney, and Grand Tournament. But I can't join to Grand Tournament, "Join" button is dimmed. I'm from Russia, maybe that's matters.
I'm doing: Cold War Home -> Saved Games & PBEM -> Join Automated PBEM++ Tounaments -> Enter username/password -> A List of Tournaments. And here I'm selecting "Grand Tournament (Turn 1)", and "Join" button dimmed, so I can not join.
