Movement After Invasion

I am planning to invade hex 160,86 in Norway which has clear weather. I would then like to move to hex 161,85 which is a hills hex where the weather is snow. As this move would exceed the 2 OPs the unit has after invading I am wondering if the invasion counts as a move because in rule 14.2 for land movement it indicates that a land unit can move in to a hex where the cost exceeds it's remaining OPs if it has not moved.

Normally I would test this using hot seat but it takes so long to set up this situation so I am posting the question here. Thanks in advance for replies and comments.

If I remember the invasion counts as 1st land move.

When you land you have 2 MP left. I believe you can always move 1 hex UNLESS into a ZOC after an invasion.
But honestly I can't remember 100%.
