Slitherine & Matrix Games get new Websites!

The new site features a range of great new features such as Bundles, Wishlists and a great new Coming Soon section, but also just make a host of quality of life improvements making it easier to find information about your games and making sales and offers clearer. We’ve also revamped the MyPage section to make it easier to manage your library of games, link to your Steam account and get help when you need it.

We are launching the new sites today, for both Slitherine and Matrix Games!

Both sites can be accessed at the same URLs:

Although we have been through months of testing, sometimes bugs slip through so if you do encounter any technical issue at all, please let us know and we'll fix them ASAP.

Currently not seeing on my games in My Page, nor any of the Beta's I am on, also I can't edit my Profile page either something about SameLogin user?

I created a few tickets.

Other then these user profile and user games' info bugs, it's looks great.

I keep getting intermediate 502 Bad Gateways errors.

Can you say when exactly you see a bad gateway message. We saw a few but thought we'd fixed them.

On the missing games are you sure they're registered to this account, Sometimes people accidentally create multiple accounts and we have to merge them. This is probably an issue you need to go to support to resolve.

Wow. The new website is....underwhelming. It looks like a cheap in-house job. It lacks the crisp utility and information of the old site. There is NO info on the forums, which, after the headlines, was my go to. The old site was about perfect. All you needed to do was changes the forum listing font from orange to black and make them a bit bigger. You guys have fallen prey to the graphics only school of thought. Seriously. You need to re-think this.

I can't say with certainly on the 502 errors, they just seem to happen randomly and randomly here on the forums as well.

I only have one account (or should) and just prior to this new update I could see the following which are now missing (!):

GG WitW (plus Torch)
All my OOB purchases
PzK: Soviet Corps, US Corps '42, '43, and US 1944-1945
SPWaW GE
SC Classic
SC3:WIE
SC3:WAW
TOAW IV

So something dreadful is wrong.

Also, when I try to create tickets I see the CAPTCHA's are messed up and F5 does not fix them, hence you can't create a ticket.

There is no option to upload or save or send a screen shot to support. I created a ticket and tried to send via email but posting here (pic is worth a thousand words)...

I'm getting some script errors when trying to load the splash screen on some old AGEOD games - not sure it is related.

I know that even the old ones have that news feed window.

Yes all the Matrix Games I have the Game Menu has that script error, its not fatal its just annoying.

Try clearing your cache...if that fails, restart your computer.
If that fails, take 2 advil and call me in the AM.

On the new site when I click on a download to install one of my games I get this message for each download I try - false404Not Found: Download not available. How do I download the games I have paid for? The old site was working last week as I installed some games on this new computer. I can't raise a ticket with support as Captcha not working!

Just spotted that the new site displays prices in USD which it never did before. Living about three miles from where Matrix Games is based, it would be good if prices were still in local currency.

And to top it all I have just noticed that My Page doesn't include all my purchases. In particular, my most recent purchase bought on 19 July is missing. Have not checked what else might be missing.

I was just about to make the same comment. Bring back the £ [:)]

Also had the same script error that Zorch posted in post #13 when starting up a newly downloaded CSME game.

The site needs to display currency in whatever the Users preference is. I want US dollar not the # s

The site seems to have just found the £ symbol so displaying local prices. But still won't let me download my games or even display some games I own in My Page.

Update! I have reregistered the serial of the missing games and they now appear in My Page. But I still can't download them as "false404Not Found: Download not available".

I can't update OOB World At War to install the new DLC. Tried linking to Steam and still can't do it.
