Request For Printed Manual

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

One request regarding the manual I would like to make.  Don't put a copyright anywhere on it (in the PDF file).  Would this be a problem since you don't intend on offering printed manuals?

The print shops around here will not print a document from a PDF file if it has a copyright indicated on it.   I can't find anyone (FedEx Kinko's, etc.) who will print my motorcycle service manuals because Suzuki (or whoever) puts a copyright note on the first page.  I could probably find someone to do it if I searched around enough but I just print the pages I need ... I don't want to burn up a cartridge or two to print a hundred page (or 200 or 300 page) doc at home; plus my old printer is not a high volume device

I thought Erik a year or two ago made a statement that all 'new' games would come with a printed manual?? He even said a lot of the old ones would be updated with printed manuals as well, but, I haven't seen that come to fruition either.

killroyishere,

See post #17 above. As Richard says BFTB will come with a printed manual.

If push comes to shove modify the pdf file to remove the copyright so you can print it.
