It depends on whether or not matrix would work on a weekend to put the patch up on their site. Otherwise I would expect it next week.

It looks like Matrix got the final patch version late on Friday, and they have to wait for Digital River on Monday. I don't think we'll see it until Tue or Wed.

patch! patch!! desparation!
check the forums

This haiku was brought to you solely to kill another couple minutes of time while the patch is being completed. The author of this post makes no claims as to the quality of his poetry.

I simply find the impatience for the patch in contradiction to to the dedication and patience required to finish SC#15.

Every item not addressed properly in 1.3 will have to be addressed in 1.4, thus delaying anticipated corrections that much more.

Do not promulagate impatience as discord on the forum. (Or interefere with the finishing of the patch, please!)

C'mon, dude. There's a big difference between actively playing and sitting around playing with yourself.

I think most of the "impatience" is good natured. There's a lot of humor out there (real and attempted).

In any event, I promise not to "promulagate" anything. Just because you said so.

I am happy about that, as I would hate to see Promulagate reach the proportions of Watergate.

Without spell check, some of us fat-fingered dyslexics are doomed to mispell uncommonly (or commonly)used words (just look at Brady....[:D])

Not all of us are blessed to be English professors[:D].

I enjoy the humor like anyone, but there is a point where the sheer volume of traffic on the subject becomes something less so.

I suggest everyone indulge in the adult beverage of your choice and relax, since the patch won't be out within the hour.

Sheer volume? I just called for "PATCH NOW" only about... err... 15 times??

And about being impatient, here's the point: without the patch I can't play, so I have to go do things like washing the dishes, vaccuming the carpets, and checking the bills to pay... very very boring stuff...

I am playing a PBEM in ver 1.21 (through Apr 42) and have an ongoing PBEM left over from UV still going (Dec 42), so I have no problem staying occupied.[:D]

And the volume refers to more than this thread. Feel free to tabulate the messages from ALLl threads that meet the criteria.[8|]

And congrastulations on having such a clean house. When finished, feel free to come clean my place, as I am sure the patch will still not be out.[:D]
