The Orange Dawn Scenario Lives!

You can read more about Orange Dawn in the back threads from 2006....but I finally have time to work on it again. I have had to start over, but it will include all the adjustments and conjectural ships previously mentioned, as well as a few others, including conjectural larger carriers for both sides (entering the game in 1928 or so), as well as some large conjectural cruiser submarines, a proper Guam garrison, and various other fun goodies.

At some point I will need someone to help me test it...
