patch 1.10.9 question/problem

This has been brough up before. The first turn of the new patch, when I called for reinforcements in the battle for Fredricksburg, no generals showed up and Magruder was attached to the division.

The second is a question, how do you recombine the brigade after you split it during detailed combat?[&:]
