Cannot register for multiplayer IPad

Hi all,

I just purchased 2 copies of BA for Ipad for both myself and my son so that we could play multiplayer.

On both of our IPads when we click on the button that says that you can sign up for a new account, we fill in the required information and then we both get an error message which seem to indicate that we cannot log in. Which doesn't make any sense because we are trying to set up new accounts.


We cannot seem to progress beyond this point.
