Command Live: What exactly is it?

Noticed that when I clicked on one, it asked for a license.

It looks like a group of scenarios, that the CMO player purchases one at a time. Like the DLCs (e.g. Shifting Sands), you pay for these, but not the entire package. IOW, you buy one scenario at a time.

Is this correct?

So once a player gets through all 39 tutorials, he has

• Standalone Scenarios (free)
• Community Scenario Pack 045 (free)
• 5 DLCs (purchase each DLC, which contains numerous scenarios)
• Live (purchase each scenario, individually)
• Quick Battle [9 simple scenario builders] (free)

Do you agree w. the rest of what I stated? In essence, when the player purchases CMO, the add-on purchases are the Campaigns that have lock symbols next to them in the New Game menu. as well as all of the individual scenarios under LIVE? Everything else is included with the price of CMO.
