[campaign 41 data issue] Frozen 8th Italian SU's

Playing vs AI, currently turn 58, but a few turns back a bunch of Italian reinforcements come in mid 1942 as scheduled, however there's a bunch of Italian SU's that went straight to OKH. They all say "Frozen for 194 turns", which would be well past the end of the game. I tried sending them back to national reserve but no luck, they still say frozen in there. I basically can't do anything with them. Playing with HQ Lock game option on, enhanced TB is off. See below for saves (uploaded a bunch, but current turn is 58 and you can see the SU's in National Reserve).

I could be stupid and maybe this isn't a bug but don't see any event in manual that unlocks them.

Good catch! I see the units are set to frozen 250 at the start. I will alert Trey about this, and will move this to the scenario/data area of the forum. Thanks for the report.
