Poll: Time Scale for 1813 Napoleon's Last German Campaign

If the ground scale for 1813--Napoleon's Last German Campaign is 2500 meters per hex, what time scale do you think will provide the best gaming experience?

I should have mentioned...

The number of days between April 16 and December 21 1813 (The Campaign) is 249 days. One turn per day turns only = 249 turns. Day/Night turns per day = 498 turns.

Soooooooooo...who is playing the campaign game with these numbers? I'm not.

We can do 1813 scenarios with day/night turns for a week (14 turns), two weeks (28 turns), or three weeks (42 turns)...at which point, you lose my interest as a designer and a player.

Scenarios one turn per day (no night turns) gives you a 21-turn scenario concept before "too long" starts to set in.

How do we solve this dilemma?

I think we will link-pin our defining requirement decisions for WEGO Napoleonic to the 1812 Campaign. Ground scale would be somewhere around 5 to 10 kilometers per hex, and the time scale would equal one half week turns/or full week turns.

Can't be done any other way as far as I can see. How would you do 1812 Campaign differently? And thus...describe 1813 Campaign?
