I'm done with this ridiculous time vampire of a game.

Just lost a whole carrier group because they'd rather bomb transports than an enemy carrier group. Which they knew was there.

This is retarded.

I'm done.

I've had a good laugh at some things posted, but geofflambert just hit the ball out of the park.

I used to feel the same frustration...but after a while I realized the transports sinking might be saving my LCU's a lot of future grief...besides....if my carrier pilots are looking at their fuel gauges...they might feel good hitting ANY target...in lieu of none..

I'm waiting for the doctored AAR documenting a "borked" RL action now. Knavey? [;)]

Well I guess you dont have the stomach for this sadisticly challenging, utterly troubling, ruthlessly annoying, time consuming, monstrously complicated, heartlessly ignorant, ferociously tempting, and simple game.[:D][:D][:D]

As an aside, I just finished reading "Rising Sun, Falling Skies." Given the outrageous (but actual) events detailed there, my primary conclusion is that the players in AE have far too easy a time in managing and directing their military assets!

War is hell, isn't it? The OP should be glad his planes at least hit something. Mine just seem to kill fish!

How do you know they know. The fact that the intel reached you doesn't mean it reach the pilots [8D] [;)]

Well depending on the detection levels, but I have player against AIs many times and they do cheat, no doubt.
