General Cards

The team behind the award-winning game Advanced Tactics is back with a new and improved game engine that focuses on the decisive early days of World War II! Decisive Campaigns: The Blitzkrieg from Warsaw to Paris is the first in an innovative series of operational World War II wargames that also include a strategic element. The Blitzkrieg from Warsaw to Paris simulates Germany’s military successes in Poland and France in 1939 and 1940 (including also a hypothetical “Sea Lion” invasion of Great Britain).

General Cards

Post by kirkgregerson »

How come some generals have cards that are 'inactive' <gray'd out>? On rnd one Case White I had not cards to play but the new Division. All my general's cards were not able to play on rnd 1, but one rnd 2 some of the generals had cards that they could play.

What determines how/when Generals can play their cards.

Thanks!

The cards your generals can get are available on a slightly random basis. The greyed out ones means those are teh ones your general could have. Every turn there's a chance the card becomes available to him. If you use it, it will go grey again and then the cycle repeats. The higher the quality of the general the more likely the cards become active and theh better the cards.
