In Game Music

Post by Bonaparte78 »

Can I (am I allowed) to import custom musics in the game?
If the answer was affermative, how can I do that from a technical point of view? What kind of file format or sintax I should use?
Watching your excellent Tutorials I've heard "Rule Britannia", but actually I can't find this song in the music game directory: where is it?
Thank you in advance [:)]!

In the Music directory you'll find many .wma files.  You can overwrite these files with custom music also in .wma format.  You should be able to find little utilities on the web to convert audio files to .wma format; we use a little free program called something like "Free Mp3 Wma Converter."  Adding new files won't work; you have to overwrite existing files.

Rule Brittania is, I believe, one of the battle#.wma songs.

As I hope to be playing this at home, in the front room, can I prevent *all* the music from playing? For example, by renaming the "Music" directory to "NoMusic"?

If I did, would this include the startup music?

How about the other sound effects/noises?
