[FIXED B838] Line of sight issue on ELINT sat

Hello,

In the attached scenario I have a US ELINT satellite (USA 200) on the side fr that is able to detect radars on the other side of the world. Is it normal or is it a line of sight issue?

Edit: I'm using B825
