supply jeeps question

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

supply jeeps question

Post by Phoenix100 »

Anybody help, before I start messing around with it – does anybody think that making (in the estab editor) a special jeep to put only in the bases (a ‘supply jeep’) and giving it armour plating would have any effect in getting supply through? Or do we think the calculation is made regardless of the quality of vehicle and if there’s 100% interdiction a number is simply docked from the total, regardless of its qualities?

If Dave looks in he would know the answer, of course - but anyone else know?

You could use the Tigers, and Panthers for the supply runs mate. There no good for anything else anyway [:D]

Lol Daz. I think you're probably right, Jason, though. I won't bother. It's quite a bit of messing around and testing, when what we need really is a fix.
