Of which country? Best to express your time zone as + or - x hours from GMT/UTC. It's a big world out there. For instance the west coast of Australia is UTC + 8.5hrs, while our east coast is UTC +10hrs. If you want to work out your time zone, try this link:

Well you could look for your own city in that link :)

Also as Arjuna said, giving your timezone (as a gmt/utc offset) and when you can play helps...
