Summary.

Vologda Fronts.
(1) A Soviet Front, really multiple Fronts, have "materialized" over the last 3 turns well behind Germany's Siberian Army Groups near Moscow.
(2) This turn, in additional to inf and cavalry reinforcements, includes artillery, bombers and fighters.
(3) There's a (very) long "infinite" supply path that runs north through the Tundra which can, will, be used to oil the artillery and plances.
(4) Of course supply for all units will be drawn from Vologda, Yaroslavl and Gorki.
(5) OKH and OKW are stunned at the speed in which these new fronts sprang up and are concerned about the Siberian Army Groups, renamed to the Northern Army Groups, racing west (i.e., redeploying fast west).
(6) Goes to show that a minor cut, in this case the capture of a city by a rouge inf div, if not immediately tended to can before a full blown major infection.

Free French Production Queue.
(1) A rule change from WiF CE (ver 8) and (M)WiF FE (ver 7) is that there is not limit to the number of units that an incompletely conquered major power may deploy during the reinforcement stage.
(2) However, in this (MWIF) version there is and that limit is 1.
(3) The US & CW have been generous to Free France with their lend lease, so generous in fact that Free France has a back log of 9 units in their production queue.
(4) At 1 unit deployed per turn that equates to 9 turn, or 18 months.
(5) That means that Free France, unless liberated which won't happen anytime soon, will won't be able to clear out their current production queue until turn 35, May/June 1945!
(6) Realizing this both the CW & USA have stopped their lend lease to Free France and will (hopefully) for them use those previously sent lend lease BPs more productively.

Turn 26. Nov/Dec 1943. Axis #1.

(1) Axis win the initiative on rolls of Axis=10, Allied=4, allies did not (as instructed) request a reroll and the axis elected to move first.

Weather.
(2) Not bad for Nov/Dec, especially in the Pacific.

Germany's Action Requirements.
(3) U = 9, S = 8, A = 1. May defer if D10 >= U+S+A = 18, which is impossible; so Germany is required to this turn's combine/naval this impulse.
(4) Note that this is the last turn in which this house rule is in effect and Germany required to do this.
(5) Definitely has a significant impact of German land moves on the Eastern Front and in Italy!
(6) On the plus side, German U-boats have a very good opportunity to sink unescorted allied CPs.
HR 26. Battle of the Atlantic. (G 2141)

The following applies to Germany and Italy when active and prior to 1944.

Each MP prior to 1944 when active must build and/or repair a minimum of 3 or max possible subs per turn. Also, German & Italian subs get top priority for oiling during use oil prior to 1944.

Until Germany has taken a combine or naval action in a given turn, they must take one on the current axis impulse or successfully defer taking it. The choice to attempt to defer is voluntary and may be deferred if D10 >= U+S+A, U = # U-boat flotillas that threaten any sea area containing 6 or more CPs, S = # sea areas threaten containing 6 or more CPs and no escorting SCS in the 0-box and A = actual # of the current axis impulse of the given turn (i.e., 1,2,3,4, …). Threaten means a chance to find given weather and fight a sub or surface action against the 0-box. Escorting SCS means any SCS that could be included in a sub or surface combat.
