MODS and Artillery

Hi all,
New Strategic Command player here.

1) Is there a link(s) to most/all Strategic Command Mods?

2) Is there a Mod that increases the strength or use of artillery in combat?

3) Can anyone tell me if there is a list of keyboard modifiers (such as Shift = Swap) in the rulebook or online?

1 & 2) Most mods are included in this sub-forum and can be found here, and for one with more artillery, you may want to check out the Icarus mod that is currently in development:

3) The Hotkeys can be found listed in the Manual, or they can be viewed via one of the buttons at the top right of the screen while playing.
