UNIT VALUE!

The team behind the award-winning game Advanced Tactics is back with a new and improved game engine that focuses on the decisive early days of World War II! Decisive Campaigns: The Blitzkrieg from Warsaw to Paris is the first in an innovative series of operational World War II wargames that also include a strategic element. The Blitzkrieg from Warsaw to Paris simulates Germany’s military successes in Poland and France in 1939 and 1940 (including also a hypothetical “Sea Lion” invasion of Great Britain).

UNIT VALUE!

Post by MTTODD »

Sorry to have to ask about a unit question! but is the values of BF-109E correct ?

It has a defence of 100 & a dogfight of 56 while for example the CURTISS HAWK P36 has a defence of 114 & dogfight of 59.

I'am no expert but I thought the ME-109E was a better plane than the P36.

Thoughts most appreciated.

Hi MTTOD,

I used a simplified formula to calculate stats from max speed, climbrate and armament.

In other words you could well be right. And I think if I take the time to really ponder the relative differences between all equipment more issues will pop up.

For this reason I am working on including the editor in DC:Warsaw To Paris (currently beta testing) so players who disagree with the stats i used can put in their own.

Best,
Vic
