Air Intercept Mission: Wingman refuses to use Afterburner

Please see attached.

The afterburner command has been manually issued to Ouzo54 flight, but only the flight leader goes to afterburner- stranding the wingman. The wingman ignores all individual afterburner throttle commands and reverts back to cruise, until the flight is unassigned from the mission.
