How to be selected as a BetaTester - one perspective

Haven't been chosen either, so I doubt "standing" or activity on the NWS forums played any role in selection :( I don't know what the criteria is/was for selection, but I would imagine the programmer and devs feel more comfortable with people they already know from RTW and RTW 2 testing. ...

Missing Wormhole to Australia

Just bought WPP.

Youtube video tutorials show a wormhole linking australia to US west coast just off Morro Bay.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfQ7FVSMUfo

My game doesn't have that wormhole.
Documentation doesn't mention it one way or the other.
How do I activate the wormhole?

Thanks

Ebay is great for the $10 - $20 cheap stuff, but if I'm not prepared to lose the money then I don't spend it there.

<t> I view scuttling a warship as equivalent to resigning a wargame. You are acknowledging that the other side has the power/ability to win the battle regardless of your own skill and/or luck, and you just want to save time or lives. In some case (Honors of War granted during a seige) there is the c...

How about a space 4X in reverse where your ancient Empire slowly loses control of systems through revolt and technology fades away because you can't afford the upkeep... think Asimov's Foundation series. When you are down to one world then the game ends ... how long can you survive?

Reliving the First World War - Day by Day
