I have started two challenges, made the first move in one and it is my turn in another. When I try to load the next turn the read box opens and then freezes. Any help or suggestions.

Attention picardx;
I am attempting to play my turn in a PBEM game with picardx. I click on the game, the screen says reading and then my screen freezes. I cannot complete the start and my only option is to close the game. Any help?
