And/or related could be support partisan/guerilla activity at various funding/PP levels.
Depending on level of support, these could become damaged roads/rails, sabotaged assets, or even an active unit (maybe even a rebellion in the extreme).

So, just to reinforce, this is happening quite often and sometimes rather dramatically as shown in the following image. Seems like the guy should have lost 4 relation but actually lost 15. We're upgraded to v1.26c now.

Reports -3 relationship, but popup shows +2.
Is this a bug, or do I misunderstand something? I'm thinking perhaps some effect isn't being reported on the popup, perhaps.
