keep this up,or stuck,i know you will

Gary Grigsby's World At War gives you the chance to really run a world war. History is yours to write and things may turn out differently. The Western Allies may be conquered by Germany, or Japan may defeat China. With you at the controls, leading the fates of nations and alliances. Take command in this dynamic turn-based game and test strategies that long-past generals and world leaders could only dream of. Now anything is possible in this new strategic offering from Matrix Games and 2 by 3 Games.

my strategy is perfect.the game seems to easy for me.lol
i wanna show you some pics
i didn't cheat in the game.the setting is normal ,adv.supply
i don't have enough time because my paper have to be done.but i have taken the USA and most of the canada.i will taken rassia for sure.it's just 1942 and my tech is not legged behind.what is more important is that axis have more fleets than allied.the wa has only 3 factories left[;)]
now seems that i can conquer the world by even taking germany[:D][:D][:D][:D]

I've done pretty much the same thing, but could not keep the USA down. Too many partisans to manage there![X(]

And now I have hordes of U-boats with no one to sink [8D]

have a look at allied losses.there little fleet[:D][:D][:D][:D]
ok what about my gathering my two major post into one,and make it stuck?i think the post deserve it.before i post this,it's generally believed that conquer the world by japan is impossible,by germany is even more difficult.so my post is a breakthrough(may cause a new patch to prevent my schury stream[:D]).
PS:could someone be kind enough to help me with the bi-byte problem?!when you translate this game in japanese, you have to solve this problem ,too

Nice shot [:D], I'm owned [&o]

Bu the question is : HOW did you manage that - ie sink all allied fleets, invade England then USA, keep the partisans down, have enough supply for everything, all of that in 10 turns ? [&:]

i can't upload the pic about the ships sunk by me,really a large fleet[;)]
the best way to dstory their fleet is to cut their supply, then attack them with all your ships, regardless of the waste of supply.after they are sunk or damaged, take the port that repairing them.ok,you finished the fleet![:D][:D][:D][:D]
one major point:i don't fix the fac or res in the USA,i don't need them deadly.after totally conquer the land,i'll fix them to product research points.and i give up contorling the partisans in washington, just let it be.we the left parts is enough, isn't it?[:D][:D][:D]
finally i did this before careful carculate.i even foegot to improve the tech, but that doesn't matter[;)]
then what's next?yes send 2 parashoots to lasvigas(i don't know how to spell it,sorry),and if you are interested in invading in three directions you may go through iran[:D][:D],after several years moscow will fall due to your high tech[;)]

You need to invade through a territory that is not well defended, and make sure there is no arty defending (key point!). To attack Scotland is rather easy, taking Eastern Canada takes a few extra transports. From each successful landing make sure to reinforce with as many forces as you spare. Bring in air and armor for the follow on attacks.... the USA is a huge pill to swallow, and I agree that repairing anything in the USA is probably a waste of time.

yes,the most important thing is to generate the idea and the strategy about what to do.execute is rather easy[;)]

That's impressive. Never really occured to me to attack US as you can win Auto Victory just by taking out Russia and North Africa.

Have you tried this in challenging mode yet? Normal gives player a rather substantial combat roll modifier, IIRC.

I think you should raise the difficulty slider of the games you play, or play a real opponent that isnt going to ignore ungarrisoned rear areas. [:D]

i am trying to make wonders and find some bugs for you.i think even facing human player,my USA taking strategy could be one of the major strategy if you try to take the world rather than defand your territory.cause USA is frozen until being havoced

Indeed schury - begin a PBEM game against a non-newbie, and write an AAR as you go along.

I would be very interested to read the results.

Oh, what problem do you have? I have the downloaded version too but no problem upgrading. Did you lose the Authorisation code? I was so glad that I hadn't deleted it!

Your english is not terrible. Some of what you say is confusing but I can understand most of your posts.

All legal versions ask for an authorization code. You can buy a legal version and download it over the internet from our online store at this site. We do not support illegal versions and any attempt to circumvent the authorization code protections is viewed as theft by us here. This update and all future updates will require a valid authorization code to work. Since we make the game legally available to purchase by download anywhere in the world with an internet connection, it should be easy to get a legal copy.
