96th ID missing

Howdy folks,

the 96th Infantry Division is missing from the 'Road to Leningrad' and 'Road to Karelia' scenarios. It should arrive together with the 93rd on turn 4. The 96th arrived in the sector of the 16th Army in July 1941 and remained in the Volkhov sector until January 1944.
