I have seen where there was a outside company that was suppost to be working on a add-on or standalone game but using WWI planes instead

I don't know the status of the game or plans, but was reading on some of the ideas

I do know that for the online flight sim FA 3.5 they are looking to add a WWI section to it

don't know anytime lines or details on this either (I do get some inside new news as I was a beta tester on the game for the earlier verisons)

here, do you know Russian ?

this is the one that is being worked on from the IL-2 engine, but it is in russian

if you go to Sim Hq's you should be able to find the whole tread in the IL-2 FB fourm
